This article will explain how to customize the fields required for your potential applicants. This page allows you to choose the sections and modules shown on the applicant profile page. You can also vary what is displayed based on the positions the applicant is applying for.
There are five sections and a variety of modules that can be enabled or disabled. The “Me” section cannot be disabled. The “Question” section will automatically be disabled if there are no questions marked as required or extra credit.
To get started, select which position you would like to edit from the drop down menu below the Application Process header. You will now be able to specify which sections and modules are required, extra credit, or disabled.
Required
To make a module or section a required, select the radio button in the leftmost column. Your applicants will now be required to complete this module or add at least one event in order to finish their profile.
Extra Credit
To make a module or section optional, select the radio button in the middle column. Your applicants will now receive “extra credit” for the optional modules they fill out. This will display on their profile page as “Extra Points.” These “Extra Points” help potential employers see the varying levels of commitment amongst applicants. Every event added equals one extra point.
Disable
To disable a module or section, select the radio button in the rightmost column. Your applicants will not be able to see or fill out information for these sections or modules.
