Site Branding

This article will show you how to fine-tune the branding and appearance of your Zenapply site. Each of the individual options are outlined below.

Company Name

This is the company name that will show at the top of the browser on all of your Zenapply pages and in any email sent through the system.

Glassdoor URL

Glassdoor is a 3rd party website that allows applicants to rate various aspects of your company such as overall employee satisfaction, ease of interviewing, management, etc. The Glassdoor URL feature will add a banner to the bottom of the Company Culture page. When an applicant or employee clicks the banner, it will direct them to your Glassdoor company page where they can add a review.

Logo Redirect URL

Here you can specify a website that will open when a user clicks on your logo. Some companies use this feature to redirect users back to their main company website. If this field is left blank, your logo will not redirect anywhere and the user will remain on the current page.

Participate in EEO

This will display the Equal Employee Opportunity text on the contact information tab during the signup process. See below for the full text that will be shown.

[Your Company Name] is an EEO Employer, who participates in E-Verify. Reference checks are a pre-requisite of employment. All offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check and credit checks, as required by state regulation. All successful candidates must provide original documents that will establish their identity and eligibility to work in the United States as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act.

Use Availability

When the Use Availability check box is selected, the Availability module will appear during applicant sign up and at the bottom of the profile page. This allows applicants to specify what times they will be available to work.

Use Company Culture Page

This check box will display the Company Culture page first before any applicants start their profile. This gives potential employees a brief overview of your company and can incorporate videos, photos, testimonials, and other text you’d like to include. Logo

This feature allows you to select the company logo that will be shown on every page of your Zenapply site. We recommend using a horizontal image with a width of 320 pixels as this will not need to be resized by the interface.

Colors

These settings will change the color of various sections of your Zenapply site. The Primary color applies to many different areas of the site including the bar just beneath your logo, the lettering and graphs on the dashboard, etc. The Background color changes the backdrop of every page and the Header changes the color of the top portion of the website where your logo sits. Color Me, Work, School, Fun, and Questions change the color of each corresponding section of the applicant profile.

Videos

Here you can upload videos that will pop up at various points in the application process. The Welcome video will show when an applicant enters the profile page for the first time. The Passion Video will appear when potential employees first click on the Passion Video module of the profile. You can use this feature to explain what you would like candidates to include in their passion videos i.e. background on themselves, what they enjoy doing in their free time, a time they went above and beyond at a previous job. Note: Only YouTube links will work for this feature.
