Culture Page

The Culture Page is the landing page that every new applicant will see before applying. Here you can give a brief overview of your company including core values, mission statement, vision for the future, videos, pictures, and employee testimonials. This article will explain the different features available on this page.

Video

You can upload a video to welcome new applicants to your company and the application process. Only YouTube videos are currently supported for this feature. Simply enter the YouTube link into the textbox to upload! If nothing is entered, the video component will not appear on the Culture Page. The video will appear below the photos and to the right of the text.

Mission, Vision, Values

This rich text editor allows you to include any information you’d like your applicants to know about your company on the Culture Page. You can also incorporate pictures and videos using external links and place them anywhere within the text. The text will appear below the photos.

Photos

This feature allows you to upload photos that will appear as a slideshow above your Mission text. These photos can be uploaded directly from your computer via the Choose Photos button.

Add Employee Testimonial

Here you can add quotes from employees that have enjoyed working for you or consumers who value your goods and services. Simply enter the quote on the left and the individual’s name on the right. These will appear directly below the Misson, Vision, Values text.
